Company: Cornerstone is one of the world’s largest companies in the HR technology space helping organizations modernize their learning and development experience. Cornerstone serves over 6,000 customers and 75M users and is available in 180 countries and 50 languages.
Role: I led the charge on the entire brand program, video storyboard and production, and conducted naming workshops in collaboration with my creative team and the SMB marketing team. (Before this project, I designed the software.)

The brief: Deliver new messaging and positioning (read more about this here) in a relevant way at our customer conference and additional multi-channel delivery leading up to the conference.
The solution: Create a brand video that helped bring the new strategy to life and tied it to real-life customer stories that gave an additional layer of customer proofing and human touch to the brand story. My goal was to build awareness and inspire through narratives of people that started somewhere and through time realized their potential in their careers—somewhat of a “rags to riches” storyline.



We also extended the brand story into advertising around the customer conference.
