With 16 years in B2B SaaS software, I have a proven track record of leading, innovating, and growing businesses from Seed and Early stages $0 to $2M through to Growth stages $46M to $830M, including international expansion, acquisitions, and IPOs. From my foundation of experience as a brand and product designer to running customer marketing, and digital marketing efforts, I leverage a multi-skilled 'comb-shaped' background to achieve success.

As CMO of the B2B talent acquisition startup Clovers, I created a recognized brand, successfully established a presence in a highly competitive market, and strategically expanded our product portfolio through acquisition, driving revenue from $0 to $2M ARR in 12 months. Leading cross-functional teams while staying hands-on, we've grown our customer base across all sectors, including enterprises like Raytheon and Walgreens, SMBs, and mid-market organizations like Save the Children. I am passionate about helping talent teams solve their diversity and efficiency recruitment challenges and hire better.
