As Marketing VP of the B2B talent acquisition startup Clovers, I created a recognized brand, established a presence in a highly competitive market, and strategically expanded our product portfolio through acquisition, driving revenue from $0 to $2M ARR in 12 months. Leading cross-functional teams while staying hands-on, we've grown our customer base across all sectors, including enterprises like Raytheon, Cielo, and Walgreens and mid-market orgs like Save the Children and the University of Pennsylvania.

Joined Cornerstone, an HR solution, and helped the company scale through IPO and global expansion.
Cornerstone is a global leader in talent management software. As a member of the marketing executive team and reporting to the CMO, I oversaw all brand strategy and customer marketing, contributing to the company's growth from $46M to $830M ARR before its $5.2B acquisition in 2021, overseeing a 45-person team.
